Marc Holt is a Freelance Saxophonist and Band Leader based in Saskatoon

Marc is a Saskatoon based saxophonist and saxophone teacher with a B.A. in Music from the University of Saskatchewan and 19 years of playing experience. He is a founding member and band leader of jazz group The Remainders (formerly the Marc Holt Quintet), a group that has been together since 2013 and has performed across Saskatchewan and Alberta including six (and counting) consecutive years at the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival. Marc also works as a freelancer both on stage and in studio with groups such as the Drew Tofin Big Band, Memory Lane, the Toon Town Big Band, and many others.
